At Intima Care, we know how important it is for you to receive your order quickly, securely, and without stress. Below you’ll find all the details about how our shipping process works, including timelines, delivery partners, and what to expect.


🚚 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.


🕒 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partners.

Note: During peak times (sales, holidays, launches), order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!


📦 Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will arrive in 3–5 business days, depending on your location and local courier conditions.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri, or other trusted UK carriers.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched so you can follow your package in real time.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

You can track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven’t received this email, check your spam folder — or reach out to us at contact@intimacare.co.


🧾 Shipping Fees

We offer flat-rate shipping of £4.99 on all UK orders under £X.


📬 Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a card and attempt redelivery or leave the parcel in a safe place.

If your parcel is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact us at contact@intimacare.co and we’ll investigate it for you.

Important: While we do our best to meet expected delivery windows, once your parcel is with the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather conditions, or local disruptions.


📦 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows that your parcel was delivered but you did not receive it:

Please check with household members, neighbors, and safe places.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

We will work with the courier to investigate, but please note that compensation for lost parcels is not guaranteed unless the courier confirms a delivery issue.


🚫 Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, email us immediately — we may be able to correct it before dispatch.


🌿 Discreet Packaging

Your privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no branding or product details on the outside. You can shop with total peace of mind.


🛍 Pre-Orders and Stock Delays

If you’ve placed a pre-order, or if your item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll email you with the estimated delivery timeframe. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may wait until all items are ready to ship together — unless otherwise stated.
